Contribute to Ahimsa

Since its inception the spirit of volunteerism has been the spine of Ahimsa. The Trust has had many national and international volunteers from all walks of life who have worked for it without any monetary consideration. If you are interested in volunteering for the Trust please contact us.


Ahimsa Trust started its corpus with individual voluntary contributions from salaries and awards of individuals. It has been also supported financially by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Volunteers (UNV), Australian Aid, Irish Aid, Seth Consultants Private Limited, Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), Government of India, Government of the NCT of Delhi, Spice Foundation, MAX India and from individual donors including the royalties of books of Thich Nhat Hanh published in India.If you would like to make a donation please do it using the details provided below.
